Hot and sour cabagge soup


A nice soup for a cold rainy day.


  • 2 onions
  • one garlic clove
  • 3/4 cabagge
  • 2 tomatoes (or a bottle of pealed tomatoes)
  • vegetable broth (the ones taste)
  • One mushroom tray
  • vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon red hot chilli flakes
  • ginger powder
  • salt and pepper


Cut the cabbage in think long slices. Cut the onion, the mushrooms and the garlics. Put everything in the pot and fry all together with the spices. Fry until it just begin to brown and then add water. Add the spices, the vinager and vegetable broth. Let boil until the vegetables are tender. Enjoy!

(You can also add other vegetables like 1-2 potatoes or carrots)
